Grey Day

Client: New Balance

As a colour synonymous with New Balance as a brand, Grey Day celebrates the transcendent nature of grey and its enduring legacy in New Balance's heritage.

The Brief

To celebrate Grey Day, New Balance briefed us to create editorial imagery to showcase the four key sneakers within the Moon Daze collection. These images were to live on the END. and New Balance websites and socials.

The Project

We produced an editorial photoshoot that demonstrated the power of grey by using everyday items coloured to match. Heroing the four key sneakers from the Moon Daze collection, we created four different environments, each with their own protagonist and set of grey props.

Our talent were styled head-to-toe in grey END. product to give a subtle nod to the brand collab, and the assets created were designed to perform particularly well on END.’s Instagram feed.

The Impact

The assets outperformed all other posts on END's Instagram during the campaign month, and drove an uplift in searches for 'grey New Balance sneakers' alongside a significant increase in traffic to the New Balance website.
